Key Features

Zero-Clearance CuttingThe splinter guard edge rides tight against your cut line so the DEWALT 46-in. TrackSaw Track delivers straight, clean cuts with no chip-out on the top face.Dual-Sided DesignCut in either direction without flipping the track both edges are zero-clearance, so you get the same clean result whether you’re pulling the saw toward you or pushing it away.Job-Site SizedAt 46 inches, this track is sized for breaking down full sheet goods and mid-length rips without the bulk of a full 102-in. rail.

Overview

This is a 46-in. track saw guide rail designed for use with DEWALT’s TrackSaw cutting system (DWS5046). It replaces DEWALT’s earlier DWS5020 track under a new model number, with the same zero-clearance, dual-edged design.

The zero-clearance edge sits directly against your cut line, so the track itself acts as a splinter guard you get a straight, clean edge on plywood, MDF, and hardwood without needing to score the line first.

Because both edges of the track are usable, you don’t have to reposition the rail for cuts in the opposite direction. That matters when you’re breaking down multiple sheets back to back and don’t want to stop and re-square the track each time.

This track is sized for cabinet shops, trim carpenters, and DIYers who need a shorter, more maneuverable rail for countertops, shelving, and mid-length panel cuts, and who may already own a longer track for full sheets.
